Carny is named after one of my favorite paintings, by John Singer Sergent. By coincidence, the name of the painting comes from the lyrics of a song, Ye Shepherds Tell Me!. (Quite a coincidence, since Carny is a shepherd dog. ;~D) Danny bought me a copy of this painting, on canvas, for our 25th Anniversary.

This is Carny's favorite sleeping position. Even when she sleeps on her tummy, she has to hook her teeth in the bars!
I keep telling her that someday her face will freeze like that, but she doesn't seem to care. (9 mos)

One year of age (13 months). She's a wiggle worm and doesn't like to cooperate. But Danny still managed to get some nice ones!
